COVID-19 Update - Mandatory Masks at PainMedSA

Updated: Aug 28, 2023

Due to the recent opening of the South Australian borders, PainMedSA are taking necessary precautions to protect you, your family and our staff in line with SA Health recommendations.

All PainMedSA staff and visiting representatives are vaccinated, our Clinic will continue to provide a service of care to all patients regardless of their vaccination status, unless advised otherwise.

We do however wish to advise that face masks are mandatory within the Clinic for the duration of your appointment.

With the increasing risk of infection from COVID-19 in our community, the use of face masks will minimise the risk to all while maximising the ability to provide a safe space for our patients and staff.

If you are unable to comply with wearing a face mask, we ask that you do not enter the Clinic and request a Telehealth appointment instead. Please note, the usual consultation fees will apply and our cancellation and non-attendance policy remains in place. If you have an exemption not to wear a face mask, please advise the Clinic on (08) 8340 7733.

PainMedSA appreciate your ongoing support as we continue to adapt in line with SA Health directives in relation to required changes to our Clinic.

With your next visit to PainMedSA, please remember;

  • Face masks are mandatory for your entire visit

  • Scan the QR code for a COVID safe check-in upon entry

  • Please sanitise your hands on entering the premises

  • Keep 1.5m distance from others wherever possible

  • If you or a family member is unwell or has symptoms please call our Clinic to reschedule your appointment or if suitable possibly convert the appointment to Telehealth

Thank you for your understanding and co-operation, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact us via phone on (08) 8340 7733 or email reception@painmedsa.com
