PainMedSA cancellation and no-show policy

Here at PainMedSA, we understand that circumstances may arise unexpectedly, however late arrivals and failure to attend appointments compromise our punctuality and standard of service we provide you and to our valued clients.


If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, we ask that you contact PainMedSA with as much notice as possible to allow others the opportunity to attend the clinic promptly, with at least two business days’ notice before your appointment.


Please note that once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Patients who do not attend their scheduled appointment without contacting PainMedSA at least two business days in advance will be charged a cancellation fee.


Failure to pay the cancellation fee will result in no further appointments or procedures until the outstanding fee is paid in full.
